SFTP Cat. 5e SFTP Cat. 5e is most often used to build local networks, it includes Fast Ethernet (100 Mb/s) and Gigabit Ethernet 1000 MB/s applications . It is built with 4 pairs of twisted-pair cables, which eliminates mutual and electromagnetic interference. The cables are made of pure copper with a thickness of 24 AWG and protected by a PE sheath. The diameter of each cable with insulation is 0.97 mm. The cable is shielded with aluminium foil and aluminium alloy braiding .
